Hopeless records are an American independent company that is located in LA, California, USA and therefore is considered a minor label, however they are a very successful independent company and because of this it can be looked at as major as well. The music industries independent companies are starting to break through and becoming increasingly popular compared to other industries such as gaming where the independants are crushed by the major mainstream labels. An example of how much this independent company has succeeded is a quote from the article below "pop punk band All Time Low's sixth studio album, Future Hearts, was an official No.1 album in the UK" as well as it reaching Top 5 in Australia and and Top 20 in Canada.
Although I could not find how much the company is worth or how much they profited last year, we can assume that because of their global success in recent years that they are profiting and worth a lot of money. However, I can infer that this shows that independent companies do not focus on the monetary success of their firm and that the success of their artists such as All Time Low is more important to them and that is why they have not made their profits public .
